Lauren + Stephen

I was so excited to second shoot this wedding at Nella Terra Cellars with Nicola Leigh Photography. I’d never photographed a wedding at Nella Terra before but I had seen photos and it looks absolutely beautiful. The venue far exceeded any expectations I could have possibly had. From the vineyards to the willow trees to the waterfalls to the rolling hills showing off during golden hour – everything was absolutely freaking gorgeous. 

To make the day even more amazing, Lauren and Stephen were such an amazing couple – they were just such genuine, pure people whose love for each other was just stupid cute. They were just SO much fun. I could tell right away from the start of the day when they were getting ready that their friends were going to be a blast on the dance floor and let me tell you that they did not disappoint. It was a party!

We did their first look on the bridge and it was so cute. They’re seriously just such an adorable couple. They had been waiting three years and postponed their wedding three times due to covid, so this day was well deserved and long overdue. 

The ceremony under the willow tree was so stunning. Lauren and Stephen did all of their group photos before the ceremony so they were able to join cocktail hour, which I always recommend! Then later we went up to the top of the hill for sunset photos at golden hour and it was UNREAL. 

The toasts were so sweet – Lauren and Stephen’s friends and family are just so incredible. They all danced the night away and it was just the best day.
