Diana + Caleb

I was so excited to second shoot this wedding at the Montalvo Villa Arts Center in Saratoga, California for the incredibly talented Michelle Angeli Photography. I’ve been absolutely DYING to shoot at this venue for so long – it looks so beautiful in photos I’ve seen and it definitely did not disappoint! I was also excited because this was Michelle Angeli’s very first all-inclusive wedding where she did photography, planning AND the florals. This was something she had announced in 2021 and I’ve been so stoked for her and her new business ventures and I was stoked to be a part of her first all-inclusive wedding!

Diana and Caleb actually got married in September 2020 but of course with covid, they couldn’t have the big, fun reception with all of their friends and family like they wanted. This time around, it was a very casual day and all they wanted to do was have fun and enjoy spending time with and partying it up with their people. All of their college friends were there, their families were there and it was just SUCH a blast! They didn’t have a ceremony so it wasn’t fast-paced like a typical wedding day and everything was just a chill, fun vibe. It was perfect.

We took some fun photos around the venue. When you have the Montalvo Villa as your venue, you basically get access to everything on their property, including the gorgeous gardens.But gardens aside, literally every inch of the venue is absolutely stunning – I couldn’t stop taking photos all day. 

After taking some family photos, they had a cocktail hour. Since there was no ceremony and family photos were done with, Diana and Caleb got to mingle at their cocktail hour, which was so fun because not every bride and groom gets to do that!

It was just the perfect day.
