Lindsay + Garrett

Lindsay and Garrett met back in their freshman year of high school but they didn’t start dating until their junior year. I love that they’re high school sweethearts, I just know their wedding day is going to be full of lots of old friendships and that’ll be so much fun!

I always love shooting in the redwoods so I was really excited when Lindsay and Garrett decided they wanted to do their engagement session in the redwoods! They did a few different outfit changes. I love when couples bring outfits to the shoot to choose from to mix and match – it gives your photos more variety and it just makes it so much fun!

We had sooo much fun dancing and twirling in the forest and they even had a stick fight at the end of the session. No really, I’m not joking – scroll down to see. It was personally my favorite part haha. More stick wars, please!

I was SO excited for their wedding last year at The Barns in Monterey, California and I just knew it was going to be a blast – July couldn’t come soon enough! Stay tuned to see both their wedding rehearsal dinner blog and their wedding day blog!
