Lauren + Cory

This couldn’t have been a better wedding day to kick off my 2022 wedding season. I had been looking forward to Lauren and Cory’s wedding since their engagement session the previous year at Bodega Head (if you haven’t checked that out yet, you can see it here)! Their engagement session was so much fun and I just knew that their wedding was going to be a blast. 

The whole day, from getting ready to the ceremony to the reception, took place at the Silverado Resort in Napa, California and it was perfect. I absolutely love the Silverado Resort – they so many different options for both ceremony and reception spaces and you just can’t go wrong with any of the options! 

I had so much fun getting ready with them and Lauren and the girls had a blast with some fun champagne spray photos. Lauren and Cory didn’t do a first look, but they wrote letters to each other that they read before the ceremony and it was so sweet. I definitely recommend doing this if you don’t plan on doing a first look.

Once we were all ready, we headed to The Grove for the ceremony. The ceremony space was absolutely stunning, especially in the spring under the canopy of trees. It really could not have been a more perfect day. The ceremony was beautiful – you bet I shed some happy tears for these two. 

I had sooo much fun shooting all of their group photos – Lauren and Cory obviously had such a fun wedding party. Their bridesmaids and groomsmen were the best hype people they could have had.

The rest of the night was also a blast filled with fun, dancing and tequila shots. I can’t wait to see where life takes Lauren and Cory and I’m so happy and honored to have been able to capture this day for them.
