I had never shot a wedding at Eagle Vines Golf Club before but I’ve driven by more times than I can count and I was so excited! It was so freaking beautiful and I can’t wait to do more weddings there in the future. If you haven’t already seen Sam and James’ redwood engagement session from back in March, you definitely need to check that out – you can see it here 🙂
The venue was so generous and let them park an RV on the property for James and the boys to get ready in while the girls got ready in the bridal suite. I’m sooo obsessed with all of their details – Peaches and Poppies Floral did an amazing job, per usual. I absolutely love working with her!
Sam and James did their first look out by the waterfall along the golf course and it was so sweet. They were so excited to celebrate getting married with their friends and family.
We did group photos out in front of Eagle Vines – all of their family members and everyone in the wedding party were such troopers for smiling into the sunlight on such a hot day. I told them I promised it was worth it and it definitely was. It’s just a stunning view.
Speaking of views, the ceremony was GORGEOUS. The views at this venue are just…wow – the rolling hills of vineyards are incredible. After the ceremony, we got to hop in a golf cart and travel around the property for photos at golden hour with more stunning views and it was so perfect, I’m obsessed with all of them. It was so fun to get the entire cocktail hour for photos with just Sam and James – I highly suggest getting group photos out of the way before the ceremony so you can do this too!
The toasts were so sweet and everyone had such kind words to say to Sam and James. The room was full of both laughter and so many emotions. This was just all around such a sweet day to be a part of and I’m so glad I got to capture it for them. It’s days like these that make me remember why I love my job so much.
Shoutout to all of the amazing vendors who helped make their day so amazing!
